Having met the requirements of the NSW Government Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Guidelines (4th Edition), June 2004, J C Butko Engineering were recently awarded accreditation to the NSW Government Roads & Maritime Prequalification Register. Our prequalification of “S” reflects our specialist abilities in the fabrication and installation of Road and Bridge components. Our status as a prequalified subcontractor is duly displayed on the RMS official website.

J C Butko Engineering is a Quality Endorsed Company operating a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 through SAI Global (Certificate No QEC10764). We have access to a complete range of NDT including Radiograph Inspection and welder prequalification. We have successfully maintained this accreditation for the last 15 years.

Recent Projects
Macleay River Floodplain Bridge (Kempsey NSW)

The 3.2km high-level bridge spanning the river and floodplain is the longest operating road bridge in Australia.
J C Butko Engineering supplied 6.4 km of twin rail barriers, all bridge bearing plates, median barrier formworks plus other assorted steel fabricated items & stainless steel drainage systems.

Greater Western Highway Upgrade – Woodford to Hazelbrook
Supply of approximately 4.5 kilometers of twin & quad rail barriers.

Swan Hill Bridge Rehabilitation Project
Supplied all mechanical components, shafts & numerous fabricated items.

Redbank Rail Deviation Project
Supplied twin rail barriers, safety screens, balustrade plus numerous fabricated items.

Holbrook Bypass Project
Supplied complete metalwork package which included machined tapered bearing plates, three beam anchor assemblies and assorted fabricated items.
