Site Installation Project Management

At JC Butko Engineering we offer installation services for all your on-site requirements, hinged on our diverse and highly skilled workforce. From simple one-off maintenance jobs to complete complex plant installations, we have the solution for you.

We have a dedicated crew of tradespersons comprising Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters, Pressure Welders, Fitter Machinists and Sheet Metal Workers who are supported by Mechanical Engineers, Estimators, 5 dedicated Project Managers, Supervisors, In-House Designers and Detail Drafting Staff to provide a safe site and quality project.

Our in-house team is supported by an additional 30 specialised contractors who are available for projects as required.

Six-Point Project Management Service:

JC Butko Engineering offers a complete tailored six-point project management service to all of our customers – this is a core part of our business. Our diverse range of knowledge and experience – coupled with our proven experience in professional engineering, project management, acquisition, logistics and technical analysis – allows us to quickly and effectively understand our customer needs from both a management and technical perspective.

Our six-point project management process takes our customers through from the original conceptual idea to the final realization of their goals:

1. Design
With a combination of the latest CAD/CAM technology, fully integrated financial tracking systems and a deeply experienced management team we can design the machinery and infrastructure requirements of our clients to the finest degree.

2. Materials Supply
Our large material buying capacity enables us to obtain the most competitive raw materials buying prices for our clients. Additionally our highly responsive supplier base combined with our comprehensive goods store enables us to source on-time components that precisely match our client’s specifications: and our ISO 9001-2008 accreditation ensures the supply of guaranteed quality materials.

3. Manufacture
With a highly skilled workforce in excess of 100 staff and contractors we can guarantee that all our products are manufactured to the appropriate standards and specifications.

4. Delivery
With a lifting capacity of 20 tonne x 15 metres under hook and an additional 3 x 5 tonne overhead crane drive through handling is simplified. Because we are geographically positioned on the Hume Highway mid-way between Melbourne and Sydney we are able to deliver locally, interstate and overseas, in a timely and cost effective manner.

5. After Sales Service and Maintenance
We receive the majority of our contracts from repeat customers. At JC Butko Engineering we believe that our customer’s needs are the focus of everything that we do. 6. Installation
We always arrange and supervise the full installation of all our products, including on-site servicing to ensure an end-to-end trouble free process. Additionally our site supervisors and well-equipped tradesmen are capable of simple maintenance overhauls to complete complex plant installations.
